Desher Publishing Services reserves the right to monitor suppliers' compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct. Suppliers shall cooperate with audits and assessments conducted by Desher Publishing Services to ensure adherence to these standards. Failure to comply may result in consequences, including termination of the supplier relationship.
